RecallReady Check SMS Program
Program Description
The RecallReady Check SMS Program sends educational text messages related to vehicle recall awareness education. Messages include Recall check reminders, safety notice education, checklist delivery, and account notifications. Subscribers may receive the Recall awareness reminder text series and ongoing educational updates covering vin checks, manufacturer notices, service records, safety campaigns, owner documentation.
Message Categories
- Account notification messages, including opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, HELP responses, requested checklists, and subscription status updates.
- Marketing or educational messages, including recall awareness reminders, VIN check tips, manufacturer notice explainers, service record habits, safety campaign announcements, and owner documentation resources.
Subscribers receive messages only in the categories they affirmatively opt in to.

Opt-In Instructions
Opt in by submitting a form on /subscribe or /recall and checking the SMS consent box for the category you wish to receive.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will receive a single opt-out confirmation.
